Lot Selector

A customer is able to browse the various lots that are available.  They have a visual to show which lots are already taken, which lots are pending and which lots are available for purchase. The customer can reserve a lot if they have the per-qualification status already. Once the lot is selected their next steps include completing the pre-qual and choosing their floor plan options.

Online Mortgage Pre-Qualification Application

The business rules were applied in the architecture and development of the per-qualification application available online. The customer is guided, step-by-step through the information collection process. They can see their progress.  The pre-qual phase was developed to obtain the base information needed without created a huge process for the customer to go through. After they are approved and receive their per-qualification amount range their profile is updated to be able to reserve a lot and make floor plan selections.

Online Floor Plan Selector Application

The floor plan selector is designed to maximize the fun of creating a personalized floor plan within the allowed perimeters.  Upgrades abound to be added or subtracted.  Each selection updates the build budget and provides a visual with an example library.

Online Mortgage Application

The full mortgage application is available online for customers to complete.  This saves the customer time.  Progress is saved so that they do not have to complete the entire application at one time.  Reminders are automatically sent out to remind them of their progress.  Once complete the process for internal review and approval can be completed. Documents are uploaded and saved to a secure server. Converting this paper process to online reduces cost and saves time for both the company and the customer.
